30 days from purchase, for new, unopened, unused items in original packaging, when we checked in October 2026.

Opened items, items that show signs of use, gift cards, and final sale items can’t be returned.

Yes, standard shipping was free on orders of $99 or more to the 48 contiguous states, counted after discounts and Star Coins are applied.

Below that, standard shipping ran from $6.95 to $11.95, and international orders were paused.
