Enter the code at checkout

Paste the code into the Enter Promo Code box during checkout. Check that the discount shows in your order total before you pay.

Where do I enter a LEGO promo code?

LEGO’s help page on Insiders rewards says to put a code in the Enter Promo Code box during checkout on LEGO.com.

A reward code can’t be used on its own, so you need to place an order to redeem it.

Why isn’t my LEGO code working?

When we checked in October 2026, LEGO’s help page listed these checks for Insiders reward codes: sign in to the right account, use the LEGO.com region where your account is registered, and add only one reward per order.

Reward codes are valid for 60 days, and rewards are available while supplies last.

Can I use a code and LEGO Insiders points on the same order?

Yes. LEGO says Insiders can add rewards and use points for savings on the same order, with up to three rewards per order.

You can only use one reward code per order, though.

How do LEGO gift cards work at checkout?

At the Payment step, choose Pay with a LEGO Gift Card, enter the card number and PIN, and apply it.

LEGO gift cards only work in the country or region where they were bought, and you can’t use Insiders points to buy them.

What happens to a gift with purchase if I return my order?

LEGO.com orders can be returned free within 90 days of delivery, and LEGO asks you to include any gift with purchase when you return the qualifying item.

If you used Insiders points on an order you cancel, you need to contact LEGO to get the points added back.
