ToyNoble (“ToyNoble,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes toy guides and reviews at toynoble.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, sign up for emails, or contact us, and how we use it.

We don’t sell toys and we don’t take payments on this site. When you buy through a link to a retailer, that purchase happens on the retailer’s website and is covered by their privacy policy.

• Your email address, if you sign up for our emails.
• Your name, email address, and message, if you contact us.

Information collected automatically

• Pages you visit and links you click.
• Device and browser type, approximate location based on IP address, and the referring website.
• Cookies and similar identifiers (see below).

Gift Finder answers are only used to build the results page link. We don’t store them with your name or email.

The site runs on Shopify, which processes data under its own privacy policy. We may use analytics to understand which pages are useful, and an email service to send newsletters and reply to messages. If we join affiliate programs, the affiliate network may set cookies when you click a retailer link so a purchase can be credited to us; we will list those networks here when that happens.

• To send the emails you asked for, and to reply to your messages.
• To understand which guides and reviews are helpful, and improve them.
• To fix errors you report and keep the site secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them for basic site function and analytics. Retailers may set their own cookies when you visit their websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage optional cookies through Cookie Settings in the footer.

ToyNoble is written for adults who buy toys. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

• Ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.

We keep newsletter details until you unsubscribe, and messages for as long as needed to respond and keep a record of corrections.
