15 days for most products, or 60 days for My Best Buy Plus and My Best Buy Total members, when we checked in October 2026.

Can I return an opened LEGO set to Best Buy?

No. Best Buy lists LEGO products as nonreturnable once opened.

Trading cards, including Pokémon cards, are nonreturnable once purchased.

Does Best Buy extend returns for holiday gifts?

It did last season: purchases made October 31 through December 31, 2025, could be returned through January 15, 2026.

The 2026 holiday dates weren’t posted yet when we checked in October 2026.

Is there a minimum for free shipping at Best Buy?

Yes, $35. Free standard shipping applies to orders of $35 and up, after coupons and before taxes.
