GameStop

Teens and collectors can find figures, collectibles, and trading cards at GameStop, the US video game retailer with stores across the country. It also sells games and consoles and runs a trade-in program.

The range leans toward older kids, teens, and collectors who want game-related figures and cards, plus parents buying consoles or games as gifts.

First, find out whether the item is final sale, since trading cards and blind items can’t be returned. Keep new collectibles sealed until you’re sure, and look for the maker’s age grade on the box.

How long do I have to return a GameStop collectible?

15 days from purchase for unopened new products, including collectibles, under GameStop’s return policy when we checked in October 2026.

Opened new collectibles can’t be returned, though defective items can be exchanged within the return window.

Can I return trading cards or blind boxes?

No. GameStop lists trading cards, blind items, seasonal items, consumables, and graded PSA cards as final sale.

Those items can’t be returned or exchanged.

Does it cost anything to return a GameStop online order?

Not if you bring it to a store. Online orders can be returned in store for free, or shipped back for an $8.99 fee.

Items bought in a store must go back to a store, and online orders over $500 can’t be returned in store.

Do GameStop Pro members get a longer return window?

For some items. GameStop Pro members can return unopened new software and hardware within 30 days.

The policy names software and hardware for that longer window, so check before relying on it for collectibles.
