Premium Bandai USA

Anime and tokusatsu collectors will find Gunpla model kits, Tamashii Nations figures like S.H.Figuarts and METAL BUILD, Tamagotchi, and many pre-order items at Premium Bandai USA, the Bandai Namco Group’s US web store.

Teen and adult collectors who follow Gundam, Dragon Ball, One Piece, and similar series are the main audience. Many products are made for display more than play, and dozens of listings cost $180 or more.

Two rules to know before ordering: you need a free Premium Bandai membership to buy, and pre-orders can only be canceled during the sales period. Returns are limited to defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 30 days with photos.

Do I need an account to order from Premium Bandai USA?

Yes. When we checked in October 2026, the purchase agreement said you must complete membership registration before ordering products on the site.

Can I cancel a Premium Bandai pre-order?

Only during the product’s sales period. You can cancel from My Page before the pre-order close date.

After that, cancellations aren’t accepted, and in-stock orders can’t be canceled once shipped.

What does Premium Bandai USA charge for shipping?

$10 per package when we checked in October 2026, with extra fees for Hawaii and Alaska.

The store shipped within the US only, and not to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or Canada.

Can I return a Premium Bandai item I no longer want?

No. Exchanges, returns, and refunds are only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, and you must send photos within 30 days of receipt.

Damage to the outer box alone doesn’t qualify if the product itself is in good condition.
