Blokees Batman Beyond vs Legendary Batman Assemble: Which Should You Buy?

ToyNoble may earn a commission when you buy through Blokees links on this page, at no extra cost to you. It never changes what we recommend.

Here is the choice in one picture. On the left, a single Batman Beyond, black and red, wings flared, the hero of your desk. On the right, a dozen palm-sized Batmen and Batmobiles from six decades, lined up like a museum shelf. Both are Blokees. Both are about the same money. They make completely different displays.

The short answer: want one specific Batman? Buy Batman Beyond. Want a whole Batman history on one shelf, and you enjoy opening surprise boxes? Buy the Legendary Batman Assemble whole set. If you want one Batman but are not set on Beyond, look at Batman Hush too. All the specs are right here on this page.

The three kits side by side

Specs and US list prices from Blokees' listings, checked October 13, 2026.

Batman Beyond: one hero, two looks

Terry McGinnis' suit is one of the coolest Batman designs ever drawn, and this kit leans into it. Swap the back armor, clip on the articulated wings, and he goes from street-level stalker to gliding over Neo-Gotham. A Batarang, Batclaw, Disruptor and eight hands come in the box.

At 123 pieces it is an afternoon build. Plan where he will stand before you start: owners say he tips over without support, and Blokees does not list a stand.

What owners say: We read 13 owner reviews, averaging 3.9 out of 5, the lowest of the DC kits we cover. Owners love the look, and some call it their favorite Blokees kit. Four report broken or damaged parts, including the pegs that hold the wings, and two say it needs a stand to stay upright.

Skip it if: you plan to swap the wings often, or you want a stand in the box. A cheap clear action-figure stand solves the second one.

Legendary Batman Assemble: sixty years of Batman on one shelf

This is the nostalgia trip. The whole set pairs six Batmen, from 1966, 1989, 1995, 2008, 2016 and 2022, each with the car from that era: the classic Batmobile, the Tumbler and more. Each little kit is 9 to 24 pieces, so the twelve builds go fast and feel like a fun evening of unboxing.

Lined up in order, they make a timeline any Batman fan will stop and stare at. The figures are small, about 2.36 inches, but they still have 14 points of articulation each.

What owners say: There are only a few owner reviews so far, so we cannot say much about build quality yet. Blokees lists odds for every kit, which is more than many blind box makers do, and says a set may include one special kit but does not promise it.

Skip it if: you are chasing the Camouflage Tumbler, or you want a set of different DC heroes rather than six Batmen.

Batman Hush: the comic-book Batman

If the Batman in your head wears blue and grey with a yellow belt, this is him. Based on the Batman: Hush comic, he has a wired fabric cape you can bend into a dramatic sweep, 43 points of articulation, a grapnel gun, a Batarang, a Kryptonite ring and a rebreather.

He costs the same $27.99 as Beyond and stands a little taller. So the decision is simple: armored future Batman, or classic comic Batman.

What owners say: It is new, so feedback is thin. The first owner reviews, from early October 2026, are mostly positive about the design. One owner found the knee joints tricky, and another got a box with only one left hand. Blokees listed it as coming soon when we checked.

Skip it if: you need it this week. Check stock first, because it was not yet shipping when we looked.

Single kit or whole set? Four questions that settle it

Where will it live?

One figure needs a clear spot about the size of a coffee mug. Twelve little kits need a shelf about the length of your forearm to show them in a row. Look at your shelf before you look at the price.

Do you love opening surprises?

Part of the Legendary set's fun is not knowing if a special kit is inside. If that sounds stressful rather than fun, a named figure is the calmer buy.

How long do you want to build?

Twelve tiny builds give you twelve small wins. One 123-piece Beyond gives you one longer, more involved session. Pick the rhythm you enjoy.

Who is it for?

The Legendary set is labeled 8+, so it can work for a younger Batman fan. Beyond and Hush are labeled 14+. For a teen or adult who names a favorite Batman, buy that one.

How we made this guide

This is a researched buying guide, not a hands-on test by ToyNoble. We checked each kit's official Blokees listing on October 13, 2026, and read the owner reviews posted on Blokees' US store. Owner counts below come from those reviews. Prices are US list prices before shipping and tax, and they can change.
