Our verdict

C02 Wreck'N Rule is the second Blokees Wheels set, sold on Blokees' US store as a 12-box whole set for $41.88. The regular lineup is Springer, Roadbuster, IronFist, Huffer, Runamuck, Scoop, SG Sideswipe, Pipes, Cosmos, Breakdown and Overlord, who comes as two separate boxes, a plane and a tank, that combine into two configurations once you have both.

Each box is random: 1 in 12 for most cars, 1 in 24 for Springer and Roadbuster, 5 in 144 for their Hologram or Radiant editions, and 1 in 144 for Titanium editions. Unlike C01, this page does not say whether a set box guarantees a special edition, or whether a set can repeat a car.

Only 6 owner reviews are on Blokees' store so far, all 5 of 5. One owner likes the Overlord and IronFist features; another found a duplicated silver part in Springer in place of the correct piece. It suits Wreckers fans 9 and up. Skip it if you need both Overlord halves, since each is a random box.
