Our verdict

Saint Seiya Galaxy Version 02 The Legacy of the Gold Saints brings Blokees' blind box format to Saint Seiya, at $8.99 a box. Blokees lists Dragon Shiryu and Cygnus Hyoga at 5 in 54 each; Libra Dohko, Aquarius Camus, Scorpio Miro, Dohko, Seiya in casual clothes, Ophiuchus Shaina and Wolf Nachi at 1 in 9; and two chase variants, Libra Shiryu and Aquarius Hyoga, at 1 in 54 each. Blokees describes new male and female body frames, 20+ joints, swap heads and a stand in every box.

We found 4 owner reviews on Blokees' store, all five stars. Two have text: one owner pulled Aquarius Hyoga from their first box, and another got the Libra Dohko they hoped for. Four reviews is too few to judge build quality, so we rely mostly on Blokees' description.

It suits Saint Seiya fans 9 and up who enjoy a surprise. Single boxes are random, and the chases are rarer here than in Blokees' Transformers waves. The page does not say whether the $80.90 whole set avoids repeats or includes a chase, so ask Blokees before counting on a full lineup.
