Hape’s Stacking Donut is a five-piece stacker for children 18 months and up: a wooden base and peg with four donut rings. Hape lists a rattle bead ring, a ring made of two magnetic halves, and a squeezable soft ring, so each piece feels and sounds different. It stands about 5 inches tall.

Hape says the toy is for stacking and sorting the rings by size and texture, and for practicing fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. The mix of wood, plastic, and a soft ring gives a toddler different textures and sounds to explore.

We couldn’t find any owner reviews outside Amazon, so this review rests on Hape’s own description and a US retailer’s listing. At $19.99 it’s a small gift for a toddler. Follow Hape’s age guidance of 18 months and up.
