A modular fan calls it a fun build and likes the colors, minifigures, and the different shops. They wish the spiral stairs used a better technique, and find it less pretty than an older modular but full of story.
Another owner calls it possibly their favorite modular, pointing to the rooftop garden, instruments, furniture workshop, a bathroom with wrap-around windows, and a hidden mouse stash. They say it looks good next to their other modulars.
A collector who owns nearly every modular found this one small and cramped, disliked that half the building is only two stories, and ended up giving the build to their kids.
