Our verdict

The Passenger Jet is a 2026 LEGO City set for ages 4 and up with 118 pieces. The fuselage opens to a cabin and cockpit with seats and screens, suitcases load onto a cart and into the cargo bay, and the set has a pilot, a ground worker, a parent and a child. It comes with a Starter Brick, a simple picture guide and 3D instructions in the LEGO Builder app. LEGO lists it at $29.99.

LEGO.com showed 4.9 out of 5 from 13 reviews; 12 of them came from reviewers who received it free. The one independent review we found was from a parent whose 4-year-old built it, but the front wheel kept falling off; the parent found a broken wheel piece and felt the wheel and bracket are delicate for a 4+ set.

It suits a 4-year-old ready for their first small LEGO set with minifigures. Skip it if your child is still putting toys in their mouth: the box carries a choking warning for under 3s.

A 4-year-old built it, but the front wheel kept falling off because a wheel piece was broken; the owner feels the wheel and bracket are too delicate for a 4+ set.
