Our verdict

Champion Class 27 is Bumblebee as he looks in the 2018 Bumblebee movie, a 110-piece snap-fit kit about 4.10 inches tall, rated 14+ at $19.99. Blokees lists light-up eyes, 20 movable joints, weapon accessories, swap hands and a display stand, and the product photos show arm blades and a boombox. TFW2005 notes he is sized in scale with Champion Class 26 Optimus, so he is shorter than the other $19.99 kits.

We read 3 owner reviews on Blokees' store. Two give five stars; one owner says it was smaller than expected but works well for display. The third, a one-star review, says an arm snapped during the build. Three reviews are too few to judge fit or durability.

It suits fans who want the Bumblebee movie pair on one shelf. Skip it if you want the Dark of the Moon Bumblebee; that is Classic Class 23, with two heads and missile pods.
